In April 2017, following the European Conference on Interventional Oncology (ECIO), Chinese microwave ablation engineering technicians and Spanish radiology intervention experts gathered at the University of Zaragoza for an exciting microwave ablation themed salon. After the event, the experts conducted live pig multi-organ microwave ablation experiments, which received enthusiastic feedback. The global promotion of ECO is continuously enhancing the international academic influence of Chinese microwave ablation technology.
